My son just turned 9 years old has started swiming lesson with her since 2016, and it has been an excellent experience. She is strict on teaching, and also very playful, so kids respects her and love at the same time. She is not only teaching swiming skills but also giving advices on how to get the kids to be more interested in doing the swiming and giving appropriate guidance if kids want to be a professional swimmer. My son is an typical example because he is going to a swim team in a few weeks!!!

Slava helped me through childhood near drowning experience that prevented me from learning to swim. His patience was much appreciated. He was able to illustrate with examples that I’d understand. By the end of my three lessons (while on vacation), I was able to move through the water unassisted. I still have many more lessons to go, but I certainly didn’t expect to make such quick progress. Katya started teaching my now 4.5 year old in private lessons when he turned 2 right before COVID and we were fortunate to be able to continue private lessons with her throughout the last two summers outdoors. After trying several swim instructors for my two toddler boys, we are lucky to have found Ksinea. She has the magic touch with young kids. Learning to swim can be overwhelming and scary to some kids. Her patience and calmness has helped my boys relax and get comfortable and build confidence in the water. Slavik has been working with my 17 year old daughter for about a year and one-half. Before meeting Slavik, she was struggling to drop time in her backstroke and freestyle. Coach Slava is a great coach. He is very detail oriented, helping my kids improve style. I hired him for private lessons and the kids loved him. He has a lot of patience with kids, keeping the necessary toughness in order to keep the lesson on track when kids are distracted. The kids improved a lot during the lessons.

Coach Slava gave swimming lessons to my 5-year old son while we were in Miami on vacation. My son had already started taking swimming lessons at home, and was making some progress, but with coach Slava, he made great progress over just two weeks. Most importantly, my son really loved his lessons, and after coming back, kept asking to swim with Coach Slava again (even though his instructor here at home is great, too).
