Online Adult Swim Lessons
For some people, swimming is a lifestyle and they always try to improve their skills in order to protect themselves.
Module 1: Breathing and Gliding
Goal: Being able to float and breathe properly
Module 2: Kick with a board
Goal: being able to kick and breath (if needed get fins)
Module 3: Kick with a board and do strokes
Goal: being able to do strokes and breath to both sides comfortably
Module 4: Freestyle swimming
Goal: being able to swim freestyle
