Goal: being able to do strokes and breath to both sides comfortably

Note: at this point, breath 5-10 times after each lap until freestyle is fully learned

  1. How to use arms
    • Six kicks + stroke + breath / repeat with another arm
    • 4 laps with correct technique
  2. Breathing to both sides + strokes
      • Breathing drill
      • Swim on a side and breath
    • Use arms and breath to both sides
